Deadrise Bagels is a mobile bakery serving small-batch, hand-rolled New York–style bagels with a Chesapeake spin. Each bagel is cold-proofed, then boiled and baked to golden perfection. Choose from classic and specialty flavors, gourmet schmears, and creative bagel sandwiches and “bombs.” Coffee, juices, and other beverages available.
